The User further understands that attaining Mediaplicity contracts, affiliations, employment (full or part-time), and/or any other type of short or long-term business relationships or inquiries, under false premises, circumstances and/or false identities, either directly or through third-parties, for the purposes of collecting, relaying or examining Mediaplicity's internal or external corporate assets including, but not limited to: trade secrets; strategies; stored data lists on customers, clients, partners, personnel, resellers & suppliers; physical locations; corporate and individual properties (tangible and intangible), current/future monetary projections; business plans, internal memorandums, electronic and audio communications; and commercial contracts and contacts (established or otherwise), will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The User further covenants that he/she has read, fully understands and entirely agrees to abide by the applicable Federal & State Laws, as related to the protection of commercial Trade Secrets, derived from the United States Code, Section 1832, “The Economic Espionage Act of 1996”.
